I recently had surgery on my foot and as a result I am  unable to bend my toe due to swelling.  I was hesitant to return to  pilates since there were many exercises I couldn't do because of my toe,  such as catfish and any type of lunge.  I didn't want to be a  distraction to the other members or the instuctor while I was standing  around waiting for the next excerise.  &lt;/div&gt;   &lt;div&gt;  Once my doctor gave me clearance to go back to exercise, I talked  to Angie about my surgery and said I'll just wait until the next  exercise when we came across something I couldn't do.  Angie was beyond  considerate, she gave me other exercises to do that would work the same  parts of my body that didn't involve me bending my toe. She never made  me feel like I was getting special attention and she even helped me feel  comfortable about the fact that my toe couldn't bend.  I no longer felt  uncomfortable around the other people in the class because I couldn't  bend my toe.&lt;/div&gt;   &lt;div&gt;  Besides my surgery, I feel like Angie is probably one of the  better instructors I have had.  I feel like she works my entire body and  I have seen a drastic change as a result.  She pays attention to each  student and helps everyone when it comes to positioning and how the  exercise needs to be done correctly.  She has even held me up a few  times just so I knew the correct way to do the exercise. I'm really out of shape and have decided  that I need to do something now.  I have not worked out to any extent  in about 5 years and I'm about 40 lbs over weight.  Prior to this, I was  very fit, went to the gym 5 days a week, and danced 3 days.  I have no  doubt that I can do the work out, though it may be difficult in the  beginning.  I'm just wondering if I'm going to feel terribly out of  place at your gym. You need time to rest and recover in between the sessions. Therefore, you membership is only valid at the studio where you buy it at. If you really want to attend both studios, I would recommend our $59 monthly pass which allows you to come once per week and allows you to purchase additional session for that week at $15 each. It's the most economical solution. I'm trying to get other studio owners on board with that program so that more members can go to several locations without paying the full price at each. Since I have the 2x/week package, I want to sign up for another class, either today or first thing tomorrow morning, but via online I will be charged $15 for an extra class, what can I do? - show up to a class and explain or is there something I can do online.  Please help.Thanks!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANSWER:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;First of all, I sincerely apologize to all of you for showing up to class when the instructor didn't! I know how frustrating it is, especially for the early am classes!! I do my best to honor the schedule posted on-line. If an instructor doesn't show up to a session, that session will be returned to your account so that you may book another one without paying the $15 fee.  It's always a good idea to email the studio right away because I am not aware of it either. I always do my best to credit the session asap so that you can book another session the same day. If you purchase the $149/3 times per week and do not come one week, the sessions do not roll over. You just lose them. Sorry. Walk-ins are welcome but we do not guarrantee availability. Priority is given to our active clients. The monthly passes are only offered at our locations. You can upgrade your monthly pass to any of them. Just make sure to email as soon as possible so that you don't "lose" days. The Monthly Pass are, in my opinion, the best way to go. The problem is I want to stay in WEHO not move studios for the bargain price.&lt;br /&gt;It’s not fair to your dedicated customers that continue to sign up the huge price difference right now. Many studios offer discounted packages to attract new clients. Those prices are temporary and usually don't cover all the expenses a studio occurs on a daily basis. Some studios offer a $99 unlimited sessions per month. Now do the math if someone were to come 30 days: that would be about $3.3 a session. If all the members were to pay that same price and came that often, the studio would be making $33 per session; not enough to just cover the instructor's expenses! The more intense the workout is, the less often you need to train. The sessions on the Megaformer are very intense (while minimizing the impact on the joints) and therefore should be limited to 3 times per week. I know that some of you love to do the workout every day, but I think it's a waste of time. If you feel the need to train more often, pick another activity such as yoga or hiking. The recuperation time between each session is almost as important as the session itself! It's going to take a few days for your body to repair and overcompensate into a stronger, tighter body. Remember that stronger muscles burn more calories at rest.
