"Hello - I was scheduled for the 6:30 class with ***** and *** was a no show. Since I have the 2x/week package, I want to sign up for another class, either today or first thing tomorrow morning, but via online I will be charged $15 for an extra class, what can I do? - show up to a class and explain or is there something I can do online. ANSWER:
First of all, I sincerely apologize to all of you for showing up to class when the instructor didn't! I know how frustrating it is, especially for the early am classes!! I do my best to honor the schedule posted on-line. If an instructor doesn't show up to a session, that session will be returned to your account so that you may book another one without paying the $15 fee. It's always a good idea to email the studio right away because I am not aware of it either. I always do my best to credit the session asap so that you can book another session the same day.
