HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD I DO THE CLASSES?
The frequency depends on the intensity. The more intense the workout is, the less often you need to train. The sessions on the Megaformer are very intense (while minimizing the impact on the joints) and therefore should be limited to 3 times per week. I know that some of you love to do the workout every day, but I think it's a waste of time. If you feel the need to train more often, pick another activity such as yoga or hiking. The recuperation time between each session is almost as important as the session itself! It's going to take a few days for your body to repair and overcompensate into a stronger, tighter body. Remember that stronger muscles burn more calories at rest. Some time less is more.
